Our operating principle is set up in the manner of entering into a long-term fixed sum lease agreement with the owner of the property for the purpose of renting it out to third parties.

  • Property analysis

    We will look carefully at the questionnaire you have completed.

  • Inspection of the property

    After evaluating the questionnaire, we will arrange an appointment to come and view your property.

  • Contractual formalities

    Agreeing the terms of the contract, adding to the inventory if necessary, and signing the lease agreement.

  • Payment for rent

    We'll set up a standing order to pay for your rental property and you can start enjoying your passive income

    There is always a situation after a period of time that the tenant decides to move out and then you have no choice but to look for new people interested in your property and hope that they will abide by all the rules and principles you agree on.     If you decide to entrust your apartment to our care, it will be cleaned and checked on average 15 times a month.

  • Minimum water and energy consumption

    Because our guests will not be staying in your apartment long-term, they prefer to leave things like laundry, dishwashing and cooking to their own residence, so the total overpayment on utilities and water is lower. Everyone will be pleased with a small overpayment at the end of the year.

  • Automatic payments

    Digital platforms send us payments at regular intervals, so you won't have any problems with payment discipline. We set up a standing order for your account number with regular payments and you just enjoy your passive income!

  • Secure contactless inputs

    Every single guest entering your property will have to use a generated code that is valid only for their stay. This way we can always check what code was used, when the apartment was entered, or which guest and staff were involved.

    Each of our guests is pre-set for biometric identification via ID card or passport with a facial comparison and match assessment

  • Security deposit

    We require a security deposit from our guests prior to arrival, which serves to prevent minor damage and has a psychological effect on the guest's overall behaviour towards the property

  • Smart lock

    The property access code is only valid for the duration of the guest's stay and automatically expires at the end of the guest's stay

  • Monitoring 24 / 7

    We install equipment in each property that measures decibels, temperature, humidity and movement in the suite giving us a comprehensive overview of your property and preventing any breakdowns or excessive noise.

  • Peephole camera

    Every arrival of guests is monitored by a security peephole camera, with it we are sure that only authorized persons enter the property
